1. Agreement to Terms

By booking a party or service with Pampa Palace, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Booking Process

All bookings must be made through our official booking form or by contacting us directly. A booking is confirmed once we have received your deposit payment and sent you a confirmation email.

2.2 Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking
  • The remaining balance is due 7 days before the party date
  • We accept payment by bank transfer, card, or cash
  • Prices are subject to change but confirmed bookings honor the quoted price

3. Cancellation and Refunds

3.1 Cancellation by Customer

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the party: 50% refund of total amount paid
  • Cancellations made 7-14 days before: 25% refund of total amount paid
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before: No refund
  • Deposits are non-refundable in all circumstances

3.2 Rescheduling

You may reschedule your party once free of charge if done more than 14 days in advance, subject to availability. Additional rescheduling requests may incur a £25 administration fee.

3.3 Cancellation by Pampa Palace

We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, emergency, etc.). In such cases, we will provide a full refund or offer to reschedule at no additional cost.

4. Party Requirements

4.1 Age Requirements

Our services are designed for children aged 4-14 years. Please ensure you book the appropriate package for your child's age group.

4.2 Supervision

A responsible adult must be present at all times during the party. While our staff supervise activities, parents/guardians remain responsible for the children's overall safety and behavior.

4.3 Health and Safety

  • Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or special requirements
  • We use hypoallergenic, child-safe products
  • Children with infectious illnesses should not attend
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if health and safety concerns arise

5. Photography and Media

We may take photographs during parties for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed, please inform us in writing before the party. Parents are welcome to take their own photographs during the event.

6. Liability

6.1 Our Liability

We maintain appropriate insurance and take all reasonable care in providing our services. However, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6.2 Your Liability

You are responsible for any damage to our equipment or the venue caused by party attendees. You agree to supervise children and ensure they behave appropriately.

7. Complaints

We strive to provide excellent service. If you have any concerns or complaints, please contact us within 7 days of your party. We will investigate and respond within 14 days.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and apply to bookings made after the update date. Existing confirmed bookings remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of booking.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
